Default SuperRam porting

I am picking up a SR.

Where can I send a Super Ram to have it ported?

Don't know where to get it ported but can you put a single plane intake and carb on that puppy without too much trouble ?

The reason I am asking is if you could put say an Victor Jr. intake and 850CFM carb on that motor it sould pull way into 6000RPM range and get you well over 400 RWHP, I take it the motor died off at high RPMS ?

You can look at Extrudehone, I have never tried it. I like the sounds of the process though.

Also, check out LPE, if they can't, they sure will know who can.

MH, the Miniram will rev higher than I want to go really, I really just want to try a Super Ram for a comparison. Now I shift at @ 6000 RPM and the MR is still pulling hard.

68 Stingray, I have called Lengenfelter @ 1 year ago, and they wanted $750 to port the Super ram, which is crazy.

I will talk to www.indyhead.com , looks like they will do it for @ $350

I may try it myself and then take it down to them for a flow test.

Indyheads did my Brodix heads. But for a Superram, I would do it myself..
