Thanks alot man, and yes you would get sick if you knew the price. This is a very very common mistake when it comes to Greg and I. We are not related in anyway. We are just two guys that love to work on cars and thought this would be a fun project.

Yep--not related at all (unless you count Chevy Blood in our veins as being related!)

It just goes to show--age difference means very little amongst those with shared interests..

And your Fbodies are awesome!

Dont worry, you guys will be sick of seeing our post by time this is over.

Tomorrow should be the dash/gauge install, wrapping wires, and getting the wires all nice and pretty under the dash!!

Once again waiting on parts....You would think they would tell you that you need aftermarket clips with the new dash.........

Pro tip: Hit that dash with a heat gun while its kind of sitting in place. Do this 3 or 4 times. Ive had to install way to many of those and its a terrible job(to get it to my standards anyways).

Nice car and good luck with the build. What engine are you putting in? LSX swap? You should build the suspension up too, these cars are amazing with very simple mods:

I almost bought the car in that video stupidly cheap.

The dash fits very well. We just dont have the extra clips to mount it. The whole interior is going to be brand new.

The motor is nothing crazy just a 350 4 bolt, .30 over, and a little 282/282 cam to go with the 4 speed. Just making it a nice DD.

It looks like F bodies and corvettes are pretty common, here are a few of mine. I share some of your pain, spent alot of time wrenching on these:
