"reply" function

"reply" function
I've been on the forum alot today and only recently had problems with "reply" or "quote". When I click on these options, the reply box doesn't appear, it's just a pink dialog box. The post review is further down when I scroll. I re-booted thinking it was my computer.
Did I do something wrong/distasteful that isn't allowing me to reply?? Is it just a "display" function that I may have inadvertantly changed?
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm such a dork!! 
Because my earlier post with pic was so big (yes, I'm looking into Photobucket), the reply dialog box in turn became HUGE. I scrolled around on the screen looking for the display mode and found the "reply" box. My bad.
