Often I will hit the back button and it doesn't do anything. When I look at the back button history there are like 50+ "ad.doubleclick..." entries. Pretty annoying.

It's an aggravation, certainly, but the back button isn't the only way to navigagte the site. Try clicking on one of the links at the top of bottom of the page, or use the pull-down menu until the tech team and advertising team can figure out what is going on with the third-party advertising re-sellers that triggers this problem in some versions of IE.
