Ask a question ,pop up
Just wondering if anyone can tell me how to stop the " ask a question " pop up thingy from popping up, it just appeared awhile ago and blocks part of the posts I am trying to read. When I hit the minus sign, usually it opens up some ad from behind. PITA!

I used google chrome browser for the first time today on the forum,,, and i had that popup for the first time
i have never seen it using firefox which i use most of the time,,, i stay signed in all the time although i dont know if that makes a difference
it might be something simple like just turning on you popup blocker

Saw it a few times over the weekend, but not at all today.
Certainly don't need it, nor want it.
Message to whomever added it: Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

Log in and the pop-up won't be there.
As to why? If you do support for any forum, one of the most commonly asked questions is "how do i join" or "how do i ask a question".
The pop-up, which displays for Guests, is to help those who want to participate.
Simply log in and it's gone.
