Default Relentless Pop Ups

Whats with the relentless pop ups that come from this site, makes it unreadable. Can’t get rid of them unless you log out and then log back in. Comes from advertising cookies from this site?

Yeah, I don't have any ads here other than sponsored ads which are kept to the minimum of the top bar.

I used to have them as well even with ad block which totally sucks. I now use "U block" and not one pop up ad ever!
