I have been getting this message every time I have tried to log on the last couple of days, just after I started using a VPN by Norton. Can I log on using a VPN or do I need to disable it if I want to get on?

It would be nice if the error message stated a VPN is not allowing access to the site. The technical statement means nothing to the average person. Also you should state which VPN allows access to the website.

The blocks occur at our NOC level. Not all VPNs are blocked and it's not possible to list what is and isn't blocked. It's also done for security.
