Lewis Five Motorsports are they still open or ripping me off...
________________________________________

Would like some help to know if Lewis Five Motorsports are still open and operating or ripping me off. Over the last month have been dealing with Sue from Lewis Five Motorsports via email as I want to buy some L 5-R front end rear fenders. All was going great getting replies via email daily, done some research on the company and seen they have been operation since 2008 and could only find two topics on car forums of bad feedback that were sorted out in the end and these where both over a year ago so thought they seemed like a reputable business.

So I placed an order with Sue from Lewis Five Motorsports and received an emailed invoice to pay for my parts before they start making them. I wanted to pay for the parts with Pay Pal but was advised by Sue they no longer have a Pay Pal account as the fees are to much on each transaction and to pay via credit card. I filled in a one time credit card payment authorization form with all the details and emailed it back to Sue. This was on Monday 18th November and asked for a reply email to confirm payment was received and a receipt stating paid in full. Well its now been 5 days I have sent and email every day asking for the receipt with no reply and have called Lewis Five Motorsport several times and the phone rings out and goes to message service so have left a voice message and still no reply. Due to the time difference since I’m in Australia been getting up in the middle of the night to make the phone calls.

So could someone please help me that lives around there and advised if Lewis Five Motorsports are still open and having some issues, or shut shop and taking my money? I’m quite concerned of why they can’t reply to any emails now or answer the phone and it’s hard to do a lot when you’re on the other side of the world.

Any help or info would be much appreciated.
