The bet is real, I feel that we have a real good chance. Match play, my home course, Ed looks like he is real busy at work(not much time for practice). Buuuuut, I could have an off day, happens to everybody, that's why it's called gambling.
Can I drive the cart on the day of this event??? This needs to be videotaped ....sounds like its gonna be funnier then Caddyshack!!!!!!
By all means, this needs to be documented. It might provide Alex with the motivation to get his butt to a driving range if he knows that all of the Corvette Forum will see him swing a golf club. Oh and Barry, I know you will be disappointed, but we don't drive the carts like they did in Jackass the Movie. 15 days and counting.
I was gonna go meet up with Vinnie to help him with his BSM but he worked it out himself so I think I'll drive to the driving range after work and give it a shot!
Your gonna have to do better than that, better bring a FAT wallet.
I know it was not good. Each green had a different speed and the course was loaded with lateral hazards so any long drive a little left or right was always in a hazard.
Anyone know how much it costs to rent a club and a bucket of ***** at a driving range?
LMAO - well it depends where you go. Most places have some sort of used club out for free or maybe you can say that you are looking to buy one and they will let you demo it for free.
A bucket of ***** in NJ costs about $10.00, but in NYC I think Chelsea Pier it is something like $40.00
I think I'll head out to Douglaston today (if these damn people here at work leave me alone!). Wanna join me and make fun of the noob chucking ***** 5 feet in front of him??
