Wrong Place at the Wrong Time - Vette Got Hit ...
I pulled the Vette out to go get it inspected. I am at the light on the corner in the right lane, going to make a right hand turn. There is a beat up old transporter van next to me.
The light turns green, I start to turn right and he TRYS to go straight. Unfortunately, instead of going straight he drives right into the side of our car. The metal step on the side of the van did all the damage. The scrapes could have been alot worse - but the right front tire took the brunt of the damage and broke the tie rod.
Yikes! That sucks.
Thankfully, it doesn't sound you were hurt or like it is anything that can't be fixed. All you need now is a good shop.
Was it one of those Dollar Van guys? Why they let them operate is beyond me.

It's already at the shop ..... the guy had to be in his 70's .... he reminded me of they guy that ran the traffic agent down.
I'm so sorry to hear that, no matter how careful you are, there's always some random nut who isn't paying attention. Hopefully, the vette is repairable.
