People would be stupid not to pay to have that done. Most shops usually charge 350-450 for header install, then 100-300 for a tune. I installed my own and had the car dynotuned by cartek, and I am pleased how it came out. However, someone who really isn't sure if they wanna install them themselves, I would jump all over that deal!
