Default Best sites/dealers to buy classic cars?

What are the best dealers and/or sites to look for classic muscle cars? I'd specifically like a resto mod 67 Chevelle, but open to something else. Not looking for a super expensive show car or numbers matching anything. Just a nice driver without rust issues is fine.

The best place is from private individuals on specified forums. You'll get a better price every time, and in many cases, a better car. I would get on the Chevelle/Chevy or Pontiac/GTO or Oldsmobile/442 forums and have a look. Lots of 'just what you're looking for' out there!

OP, your avatar says you're in "Pennsylvania", but nothing more specific. I understand people's desire to be somewhat anonymous, especially on sites like this, but when looking for something like what you're looking for, a general area would be helpful.

Believe it or not I've bought 5 cars off the Internet. My Corvette from this forum. A '35 Chevy streetrod, '59 Chevy Apache and a '55 Apache and a '56 Nomad from Craigslist. The only one I regret is the Nomad. It's the only one I bought sight unseen. And was not in the condition described. All the others were better than I hoped but I examined and test drove each one first. Word to the wise - inspect anything before you write the check.

I've always likes www.cars-on-line.com
I've never bought a car from there, but did sell my '96 LT4 there.
