Default Minor Clearbra damage

Just barely "tapped" a concrete wall in a parking garage with the front bumper .Left a small abrasion on the vinyl film(Clearbra).I've done what I can do, I believe ,by hand. There is some depth to the damage but the paint was spared.Any suggestions? Thanks Frank

If the indentation is small...either live with it and replace the clearbra material and move on...or you might have to remove the front bumper cover and carefully with a hair dryer or heat gun...from the underside....heat up the urethane and form it back into shape and cool it off with water...from the underside....NOT the PAINTED SIDE. Urethane bumpers can and will often times go back into shape depending on how severe the indentention is...and if any of the paint was distressed and shows signs of small "angle hair" cracks. Then it will require refinishing.

Most shops will fill it in and then in the future, the spot comes back and the repair shows. I have seen it many times....so In cases like this I try to get as much of the "dent" out as possible.

The use of a tablespoon on your thumb is useful to aid in re-forming/shaping the urethane back when the urethane is warmed up. It takes time and patience.

Do not get the urethane to HOT...just hot enough to get movement out if it. It is a slow process for those who have not done it before. Always better to be SAFE than rush it and be SORRY!
