I personally do not use touch up paints of any type because I can mix and tint the color to best match the body. With your car being white...there are many variants to it so it is a "hit-or-miss" kinda thing when you actually apply the paint and clear to the area in question for repair. The touch-up spot can be brighter, cleaner, bluer, etc when you apply it and stand back and compare it to the surrounding paint on the door. The clear used can also effect the color...especially if it is not truly clear...and has a yellow tint to it....so sometimes when the clear is applied...it can change what looked good before.
My suggestion is to apply your touch-up paint to something and get it to true color...and then apply the clear. Allow it to DRY and then check it against your door and see how it looks. Make sure you look at this test application at different angles and not just looking straight on the panel.
