Regardless of who you get it through...you may more than likely run into fitting issues....especially if it is a hand laid hood.
I did one on a 1969 many years ago and had to spend major hours on it to get it to look like I wanted it. It was a short hood.
May be Ecklers, American Custom Industries and any one else who you can find when you Google it.
