I'm getting ready to use Feather Fill G2 for the first time. Instructions say to use 1 tube of hardener per quart. I am hoping to be able to prime sections as I have them ready. For example, how much would I likely need to prime just the hood. I don't want to mix up more than I need and waste it. So if a quart is way more than I need for the job I'm working on, how do I figure out the mix ratio for less than a quart?
have it shaken then pour into qrt cans. much easier to work with. you can mix 1/2 qrt a time . the tube will be marked.
i keep all my stuff in qrts since i paint over and extended period of time .

You do not have to mix up a quart....just because they say a tube per quart. On the hardener tube...there are marks that allow you to be able to mix up a 1/2 pint at a time if you choose...because there are four even marks on the tube. DO NOT ASSUME that the tube is full. Turn it upside down, and make sure it is at the full mark.....and that is how you dispense it...upside down and slowly press on it and let air get back into it. OBVIOUSLY after you cut the seal.
