Lemans Blue Laquer
Looking for 1969 (976) DuPont Lucite Lemans Blue Laquer anybody have any laying around or know where I might find some ? I'm trying to match the original factory Laquer on my 48 year old 1969 corvette.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Brad

I can not help you with the paint...but...I can help you in a another way.
You are aware that even if you find some paint...it will more than likely not match.
So..it is best for you to spend your time in getting the paint and having it tinted so you can use it.
If anything I really know is paint. And I am just trying to save you a bunch of grief.

Glad that they matched your Roman red...it can be tough also.
I did not see that the company you linked us to is selling lacquer...it was only a urethane singe stage.
...and when matching a metallic...it changes drastically. The color that is mixed in a can can be applied different ways by simply changing adjustments/reduction/air pressure /etc and the color will change.

I met them at Carlisle last year, he was able to mix it on the spot. And I ordered more over the phone, my paint was impressed with the match and the price was very reasonable.
I don't think they want to advertise over the web...
