Default "Performance Results section" Smackdown at MIR - Nov 6th, 2009

Enough of the trash talking, lies and secrets! Let's line em up and see what you really got. The way some of you drive, I should be able to get a whole host of clutch and rear manufacturers standing by.

Friday November 6th
9am to 5pm.

Both lanes prepped to half track! Not sure of exact price yet, but count on apx $125 ea. At some point in the near future, I'll go ahead and collect the money. If you send the money and have to cancel, I would appreciate it if you can find a replacement and have them pay you. That will keep a ton of work off of me.

Robz will be in charge of the 'games'
Ernie (sixspdvet) - will be in charge of the food/drinks

Im 100% in for later in the year Oct/Nov if I can line up a tow vehicle. After my last track adventure I don't think I can stomach another long drive with the fear of exploding my driveshaft, bell housing, trans, and diff and having to pay for a tow home.

Track prep is done as far out as you want to pay for. Won't know prices/details till we get a little further. They prep to a certain distance then you pay something like $0.50 for each ft after (one lane).

They take care of cleanups. They have personnel at the line/box, but we usually help as well.

I'm in.
Lets make sure we work it around other events we have going on. You should book it soon Dave.
Maybe we can do something cool like setup teams and spend a few hours doing some heads up racing.

Another question.....

A) Would you like to see it on a Sat mixed in with regular racing? We would have a roped off area for parking. They would call us up as a group in between other racing. Would not be as many passes as the below.

B) Or, would you like to do it during the week where we would have both lanes to ourselves the entire day?

I'm partial to 'B', but my weekday schedule is flexible and it's only about 1.5 hrs away for me.

I might be up for this later in the year. That will give me time to dial in the 250 shot!

Maybe we can get trailers coming from all directions in case one of us needs one? I can try and get one lined up for myself or anybody else coming from central Jersey on down.

I'm in only if I can get RobZ's autograph and my car doesnt puke its guts everywhere before hand

I'm open to A) or B) however (B) is much harder for me to get off work.
As far as teams go sounds good to me I dont like Nickolbag anyways.
My wedding is Aug 29th 2009 and then honeymoon for the next week or so. So late Sept and after is better for me personally.

I would also like to suggest Fat strippers (fat ones are cheaper and more out going IMO) and a donation from each person to fix my car when we're done and maybe some Site sponsors to give great deals to those that puke at the track on this day
