Default New dyno numbers

Well I finally got my car back on the dyno after I installed my Fast 92 ported by vengeance racing. I used the same dyno the same tuner and ended up with a gain of 20hp and 16tq. The car made 417hp 381tq tuned before the FAST last time it was on the dyno. The mods are Lg headers,x pipe, halltech intake, LMR Stage 2 Cam kit, Fast 92 ported by vengeance, stock zo6 ti.

+20 rwhp +16 rwtq post install of a Vengeance Ported fast 92 mm !! Nice gain !!

How much tweaking did the tune require?

Anyway you could show us an overlay of the old graph. Would be nice to see precisely where you picked up your additional power.

Good gains !!

He ended up playing with the air to fuel some do to the added air from the intake. I will see if I can get him to do that for me with the graph so i can post it up. Otherwise I will try to find my old dyno graph its around here some place. I forgot to add the car made the same power as a 06 ls2 with a ms4 and bolt on's.

Awesome! Now what TB are you running, I see this in your comments "stock zo6 ti"?

Never mind, you meant Ti exhaust.....Sorry.

Good gains, the Airflow shows in that 4200 rpm area!

Your tuner worked it, now that little 5600rpm valley......timing maybe?

whats your limiter? at least 6800 right? no sense in installing a cam that shifts the power band and makes peak power at 6300-6400 and not running it to 6800+...on the graph it wasnt even pulled to the stock limiter of 6600 of the LS6 cam

The rev limiter is still set at 6600 I dont find the need to run the car of the rev limiter on the dyno just so I can say I got a extra 3 hp. I havent raised the rev limiter cause the car has upgraded valve springs but they are only the comp cam singles. I would like to switch them out to the dual ones before I rev the car harder. I am using the stock fuel injectors and I dont have the dyno graph yet but as stated above the car made 417hp 381tq before the fast. As far as the t/b its a stock ls2 non ported.

singles vs doubles wont make a difference in revability...singles are generally more stable assuming you have proper setup and spring pressures for your cam/valvetrain
