I gained ~.3 when I swapped to 4.10 as cam only (went 11.5 in 2000ft da), half that was in the 60'. Went from 1.74-1.58 with 5k rpm launch on basically an ls6 clutch.
Leaving at 4k and slipping the clutch like there's no tomorrow. Dead hook=bogging down/BOOM. 1.71 was my best 60' with 3.42s so I see no problem reaching 1.55 with 4.10 gears and a slightly more aggressive clutch release.
I've been leaving at 4k too, but with a fairly quick release and bog (no boom yet). Best 60' to date is 1.72, but next time out, I plan on upping the launch rpm to 4.5-5k and see what happens. I'm hoping to shave a tenth of my 60 which, if your .1 = .2 calculation is correct, should get me an 11.79

That was a great day, new bests for almost everyone, good food, lots of fun.
Your car did have stock/unported heads but weren't they LS6 (243) castings?
The car came with LS1 (241) castings of course and we all know that a C5 Z06 is still considered 'cam only' when it comes with those same heads so I guess it really shouldn't matter.
