It's worth dragging them through the mud. I'm sure they are good guys and it's just a misunderstanding. I'm not worried about it. It was mainly around the track prep fee, not the entry fee.

Hey Kev, complete drag pack waiting for you here. It would be worth it for me just to see that car run! I'll make sure the mickeys still got some tread by the rental.

Very Cool Steve,

I'll definitely take you up on that. It will be nice to feel how fast the car is really capable of accelerating.

I'll remember to take the groceries out of the trunk.

The magic will be a Va Speed 440 inch tall deck toped with performance inductions heads, jesel rockers, wilson billet bank intake manifold, alot of compression ,a huge cam,and a small shot of nitrous( well not so small) .The car is receiving a big diet of 250 + lbs and kyle lost a few also. RPM Transmissions has a few new serious updates for the 6060 .We will be using a new clutch to get us into the mid 1.3 - 60 fts. . The tune will be by the super tuner Ed Hutchings of Va Speed. Shawn said hopefully by the end of next week we will have some dyno numbers . Going to start easy and learn this new package. Hopefully by MIR 2 we will be ready to put up a solid pass. Mark

Any horsepower guesses? (NA CRANKSHAFT HP)

Hopefully both of you guys are wrong. Shawn from Va Speed is thinking in the 800 hp range. The intake will be our bottle neck. When we purchased the intake we were a few points lower in compression. And not using a huge solid roller. Shawn said he may dyno the engine with a different manifold just to see how much were loosing.

I would think much better than that. My little grocery getter build made 656hp on the engine dyno.

You could call out Atco,Cecil, MIR, Englishtown, Maple Grove, Capital raceway,Island etc etc. Call out all the racetracks that are just plain afraid of your car racing at for the last 2years!!!!!!

Speaking of calling one out. Whatever happened to the Fartpipe vs Bag Man showdown? Are you two homos still all that huggie or what? It's been several months now and still no action. I put my money on Bag Man (383 club) but he hasn't produced a damn thing so far. So dudes let's get it on before the snow flies...all talk and no action is for girlie men like you two.

I looked at the Wilson Billet a couple of years ago and what it would take to do an intake for the L92's. I stopped thinking about it when all I could find was mediocre results using it. I think Shawn is going to prove right on this one also.

I agree . Our plan was to stay low compression and hydraulic roller so that intake was good at the time but... speed gets the best of ya so when J E lost our pistons we decided to go with it and see what happens. Shawn says we need a custom marcella sheet metal intake and twin throttle bodies and big stuff 3 and we will see substantial gains. $$$ next year.

A quick release hood will help.....when you're shoveling massive amounts of cash into the engine bay.
