MIR-2 Thread
Thought I would start the new thread as I couldn't find which thread we were talking on the other day. Trying to gather my crew together now, so I can make this one !

I will be coming with my buddy Rick and his Turbo Busa. He has a drag radial as Robz requested, not a street tire. Also Walter (was world record holder Bike that is friends with owner of the MIR track) is supposed to come with us. He has a 7 second bike. He lost his crown about 6 months ago by a couple thousandths in Georgia. They will pull my trailer with their bikes in the back of his Dodge.
We are going to Bowling Green Sept 16th so I can shake the rust off. It has been over a year since I ran the Z.
After seeing the vids, I guess I will be the slow guy there
I am anxious to meet everyone in person.

I did not have to give them a deposit. If you talk to Royce Miller (track owner) or Jason Miller (son), give him my name (Dave Satterfield) and mention our rental last year. Or, I can call and get us the date.

Yes, but no street tires allow and it will be a pre pay rental
I was thinking Fri. Nov. 5, which is the day before MIR's big 2 day event Domestic vs. Import Event. That way guys that are traveling to the rental may want to stay the weekend and compete. It's a well run event with pretty good payout.
