Thanks a lot. Much appreciated. We are not sure about a H/C yet. Your welcome to join us but it would be a long ride. Most of the people are great; however, there are always a few bad apples that try to spoil it.
Was the slight spin after launch in your video from where the saturn oiled down the track?
It could've been, yes. I was having some mild traction problems on a few passes that day so it could've been some other factors as well, but you can thank Ron (98tadriver who posted one page back) for that oil down incident, it was his Saturn that did it.
Good job Gary.... dont beat yourself up though. You'll do better next time
Don't be jealous Fartpipe, Im sure Gary could put your car in the 9's too if you asked him nicely...
All kidding aside, what Gary, Robz and Troy (for the most part) have done is really spectacular. It wasn't easy my any means, but Gary and Robz are tenacious when it comes to the minutia of leaving nothing on the table..

CONGRATS GARY.... You are a driving machine....!
Dont you have some traffic to go play in grey bush???

I'm willing to be that it wasn't oil from my saturn that caused it, as the spill was contained within the first 30' (not saying it was a 30' long spill, but just to give you an idea where it was) and the oil was not in the groove. I'm sure I apologized for that at least twice. Hey it happens to the best of us lol(first oil spill for me) . The diff pins arent held in with a bolt like a normal rear. the pin slid out and did some damage. At 200,000+ miles, It had a good life. I had my friend weld the diff pin on both sides in my backup trans, so that shouldnt happen again. It looked like a grenade went off inside the case.

You apologized more than enough. Stuff happens. June, the Atco prep man, took care of us who were there. The track came back around. Too bad you had the issue with your ride. If we knew it was you, we would have stopped to chat.
