Probably too many variables to compare but after watching both Kyle's zr1 and now bruce's. Bruce is getting almost a mph and half more out the car. The conditions today i really doubt could have been better then Kyle's record setting run. Bruce had a 1.58 60 compared to 1.52 of Kyles yet trapped 134.24 compared to 132.74 of Kyle's run.
So just curious tires equal/car's/weight equal what contributed to the extra mph and half?

Actually, I think Kyle had notably better air than Bruce had today which is part of why I'm so puzzled (impressed) by Bruce's awesome results today.
Either Kyle coached Bruce WAY too well today LOL ...or, what I've been trying to tell people for years about air/DA is actually true, that as long as one is already in 'good' air, running in supposedly even better air might not make quite as much of a difference as many people think.

That's exactly what I'd thought as well two days ago...but now I'm not so sure LOL.
The Corvette C6 ZR1 is an AMAZING freakin' car and Bruce, you are incredible driver, period.

Something in the -2000 range if i recall. That day Ranger as well as Kyle ran DR records for Z06/ZR1.
Bruce what happened to the aero kit on the car? There is one other thing i noted from the runs that don't see appear happening on any other ZR1 i've seen go down the track. Regardless that is super fast for first time outing with the car.

LMFAO C5kid pulling your leg SteveO. Mine are broken and the last thing I wanted to do was go flying down a 1/4mi and it come apart. So I removed them as they weigh NOTHING and doesnt effect the car at all other then ugly. There are no gains to be had from them not being there. They will be back on soon though thank goodness. They are just expensive to replace.
Kyle and I are looking to make atleast one more rental both cars all stock. Swap drivers, log runs, swap tires, and try a couple things. Trust me people should be waiting on the edge of their seats for this rental. We are going to figure several things out I think. Pretty excited!!!!
