Let me talk to the photographer today and see what he's says about morning time. I remember being told that afternoon is best for lighting though.
So far the majority would rather do morning, what if we can change the time for say 10ish? Would that work better for everyone?

We are meeting at 10AM.
From Interstate 64:
Take exit 242-A (Route 199) towards Jamestown. Drive approximately 3 miles to the second traffic light. Turn right at South Henry Street for access to the Colonial Parkway. Take the Parkway towards Jamestown (approximately 7 miles). The Colonial Parkway leads directly to the National Park Service Entrance Station at Historic Jamestowne.
Please note that because we have 8 people, it will take longer than two hrs. As the photographer said in the beginning, he can do 4-5 cars in a two hr window. We have eight cars, so we are looking at 3-4 hrs.
If you have somewhere to be and want to have your pics taken early, please say something when you get there.
I have not heard back from a few people so I'm not exactly sure of the cost.
As of now, we have 8 people.
$400 @ 4hrs/8 people = $50 person. Please bring cash.
Now, if we have a few more that show up, the cost will go down.

How long depends on how good the stories are.
