I bet. I've only missed 2 in the last 12 years, but my commute is just about 1.5hrs.

I assume I-95 all the way down...be careful. BTDTX1000000000

Yes 95 mostly except for the Jersey Pike. Have gone 81 sometimes when weather permits. More often on the way back for variety. I just love cruising at speed on I 95 from Richmond down. North and South Carolina are fun but Florida is the best. Neat side trips all the way from VA to FL. Love the Southern Hospitality. Even the signage is better. In New England we seem to think road signs are a bad thing.

But I do know what you are saying and we will be careful. Quick but careful with the help of Mr. Escort.

I used to deliver to the Wal-Mart DC in Raymond, and would do any route that by-passed 95 thru Jersey(Turnpike) and GW bridge coming or going. 81 to 84 to 87 or 88 to Route 9 across VT, and into NH.

Thanks. The problem is that I'm due to leave in the GS Tomorrow (Thursday) and it looks like we're going to get snow and the Vette just doesn't do well in any kind of frozen precipiation. May have to put it off until Friday or Saturday whenever the Interstate 95 corridor is clear of snow.

How late can you arrive and still camp ? I've never been, haven't planned or bought a ticket. Can I do all this last minute ? I would be driving from GA.

I've been to almost every Petit Le Mans, race.

It normally has two sets of bleachers, that after the race starts you'll never have a problem finding a seat or two. You'll see the cars enter the last turn(17) and hammer down to the start/finish line. Not bad.

Going to various other spots for viewing is somewhat cumbersome to carry a foldable chair. I've done it many times. At most you'll stand against the fence for a bit and move on.

Great thing about the cold front is that it will clear out all the clouds an be mostly sunny, but a little chilly(for Florida standards) in the evenings, overnights, and mornings.

To the poster who advised me to keep my pants on. That's sexist and I will not tolerate posts like that!!!!!
