Last year was kind of slow and not many wanted to participate. Lets try to change that this year. I would like to restart the monthly Thursday/Wednesday meetings. Thoughts?
Rob,
I'd love to participate and provide support this year. How about we get a few Vette's and head out to Detroit for the Woodward Ave dream cruise, it's an awesome time that's well worth the trip.
Elsie and I would like to get the monthly drive/lunch/dinner meetings back going.... we really enjoyed going to them.
Last year (2013) they seemed to happen so infrequently that I assumed that you no longer had time to organize or that everyone else didn't want to anymore....
I eventually just stopped looking for the announcements here... not sure what told me to come here and look today but I'm glad I did.
In the yrs before last we seemed to have good participation, and good people - well mostly - That couple that came out a few times back in 2006ish were at the very least entertaining....

Woodward is on my to do list but I can't this year. Is anyone else interested in going?
The roads are still horrible and I doubt anyone wants to drive their cars on these roads.
Any suggestions for a location? Dixie Bones seems to work well plus the food is good. I would also like to get a group together for a drive in movie. Which would be short notice since the films are changed weekly.
I would like to try and get involved in a few activities this year. I have been talking to Will about maybe trying autocross or something like that. My car is setup less then ideal for it, but I would still like to try it out. With Old Dominion shut down, drag racing is not as appealing as it once was.

Dinners at Dixie Bones have worked well for us in the past and anytime there would be fine with me.
How did that meet at the Roadhaus down in Stafford go? I have eaten there before and have no problems with the food.
