Good for you guys to get out of the BS winter weather in the northern states. Wife and I spent Feb 2019 in central Florida. Best month long vacation we ever had. Love the Villages.
We've been here since 2005 and November-April weather is the reason we live here. July-September is our "winter" where I tend to stay inside more often.
I’m down here in Palm Beach enjoying a couple weeks of your lovely weather. My Vette’s tucked away, but I drove my Camaro down. Not sure my redneckmobile is fitting in well with the Bentley and Benz types. Jokes aside, the weather has been incredible

Lucky you to have such great weather.
Here it is around 30* but roads are clear. Got some all season tires on the car this year so some winter driving will be possible - depending on the road conditions.
Tying up some loose ends here in NJ and will be heading south to Naples, FL early next month (January). I drove the Vette from NJ to Naples early in November to attend the 12 Hours of Sebring (Postponed from last March because of COVID). I made a GOPRO video of the 1,300 mile trip (about 11 minutes) if you have the time to watch. I think I deserve an Academy Award nomination for cinematography and music score (Ha, Ha!). Let me know what you think..Here's the link
1,000 people per day are moving to Florida.....better hurry if you are thinking about making the move. We moved here from Tennessee almost 4 years ago and love it.
I'll take my 4 seasons thank you, Florida in June/July/August? no thanks
July...how about May to November is humid as heck.
I have lived here since 1963 in North Florida. Lucky for me my buddy has a 6 car AC garage with 2 lifts.
I dunno... I grew up and went to college in FL. Sitting up a bit north now the weather back in FL seems inviting...in December anyway. But when you live there full time the 8-10 months (depending if you are north FL or south FL) of oppressive heat and humidity gets old. They don't call the football field at UF the swamp for nothing.
You're gonna love it here.
Except for the rare hurricane.
But according to Indian legend hurricanes never hit Sarasota directly.
You won't believe how many Corvettes inhabit this town
