Hey Mike..................there's this thing called...........A MONEY ORDER!

BTW, MY bank has not received any money or ANY correspondance from ANYONE that you know concerning your debt to me.

You have access to a check book?

You have access to money orders?

You have access to a bank?......a certified check will do.

Last resort..........CASH in an envelope, I'll take that also.

BTW: Vendors who have a history of unresolved issues WILL be removed from the forum..............

We have been in contact with our merchant proccessor to find out where we stand, we have been all week. All they keep telling me is that the credit has been approved and that its going through the system, Ive been charged, hes been charged.

I want him to get his money back just like anyone else does.

of course, BEING CALLED A POS, IS NOT COOL. We too are working to get the refund back to Craig.

He emailed me monday that his bank gave him a "provisional credit". So really he has his money back, but yet the slandering continues.

Our other site.
Yes, we are trying to start a community, not a competition. We are allowed to have a forum of our own, andas you can see there are no advertisers.

As far as discussion names, we can change them if we want, some are different, some are just the same as here, DC, Corvette Flags, and on and on and on.

CRAIG AND EVERYONE ELSE CAN SLANDER US ALL THEY WANT, BUT WE WILL STAY STRONG, WE WILL KEEP WORKING. WE TOLD YOU WE WILL HAVE YOUR MONEY (NON-PROVISIONAL CREDIT) RETURNED!

ALTHOUGH CRAIG MAY CONTINUE WITH HIS SLANDERING AND BAD MOUTHING, WE WILL SURVIVE!!!

AS FORANYONE ELSE WAITING FOR YOUR CREDIT, I THINK THERE ARE 2 OTHERS, THEY TOO ARE ON THE WAY, AND YOU KNOW HOW TO REACH ME. WE ARE WORKING DELIGENTLY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK AS WELL.

ALSO VNAMVET, WE ARE NOT F*** THIEFS, IF WE WERE WOULD I BE ANSWERING YOU OR RETURNING TO HERE. WE DONT STEAL ANYONES MONEY!!!

MICHAEL
Why are you waiting on a credit from the MFG.
Why don't you clear your name with Money from YOUR bank account? If the credit is coming from the MFG., then you should have no problems doing this. Heck, Even if its not I would think to keep a good reputation YOU should bite the bullit and fork it up!

I have all that, and a debit for $2200, so im in no need of any of those. If your bank calls, we will provide the necessary info that they will request, but until then we will hound our processor!

When it first appeared this transaction was in trouble, I PMed VNAMVET and offered to:

1. Intervene with the vendor to seek a resolution.
2. Allow a factual post about the unresolved dispute so long as it conformed with Forum rules/guidlines:

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show...1&forum_id=109

3. Both #1 and #2.

I didn't hear anything back.

Since then, I've heard on several occasions from Forum moderators that they were locking threads which had gotten out of hand. After being on the road for a week, I'm back home and see that this unresolved dispute remains unresolved and has been a topic of "discussion" in quite a few threads:

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1187840
STILL.............Do NOT patronize Complete Dreams

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1181823
More facts about Micheal and Complete Dreams

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1181305
DO NOT do business with Complete Dreams

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1181348
Thinking....

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1176291
Complete Dreams?

My expererience is that nothing good comes from a prolonged pissin' match in a series of open threads.

VNAMVET needs to get his refund, but he needs to stop the online campaign against Complete Dreams. If he doesn't, his posting privileges will be removed.

Accidentprone (Complete Dreams) needs to pull out all the stops to bring this transaction to an appropriate end. If he doesn't, his posting privileges will be removed.

Beginning Monday, I expect each of the parties in this unresolved dispute to give me a daily report on the status of the matter via PM or e-mail.

Beginning right now, I don't want to see any more threads started on the issue.

I'll start the next thread to report on the results of the issue.

Day late, dollar short.

Just a bit of advice to Corvette Dreams. Take care of your customers at ALL COSTS and learn proper punctuation and spelling. Those two items will help your business flourish in the future (if ever).

This "savewave" guy -- direct, to the point, no nonsense, has the facts, sound proposal for a resolution -- must not be a regular Forum member. How did someone like that get to post in here?
