Hi Jay,

Sorry if we missed your call, simply PM me your order number and we'll send you the return information.

And all of that commotion could have been easily avoided by simply picking up the phone and giving the vendor a call first instead of dragging them through the mud on a public forum!

or it could have all been avoided if the vender had enclosed the proper instructions and not the two year old outdated ones

Oh and by the way I did call the vender and was sent to VM WHERE I left my number. The call was never returned.

They're a great bunch of guys there and they DO care about their clients satisfaction . I had a complete Aero package/ Front LED grill and rear diffusers installed there a few weeks back, and have been thrilled with the outcome - and the excellent service they provided to me. These guys are the real deal...with a manufacturing and R&D facility that most vendors would drool over. They take their business and client satisfaction very seriously.

Too bad you got the wrong instructions....but it would have taken you like 30 seconds to try the install on that part, only to find out that you would have had no problem with the install, instead of the time you spent trashing them here.

So direct bolt on with no mods.
Thanks. So if we have GM Z06 side skirts, no trimming is required for those either if we choose to install your front splash guards correct?

I do apologize we missed your call from this afternoon. Call volume was higher than usual and did not get a chance to return it.

I also just emailed you back to issue a refund, to find out there is a dispute.

A refund will be made to your account as soon as the dispute is removed so the terminal can let me process it.

So sorry to hear you were this frustrated over the matter.

Hopefully we'll get a second chance in doing business in the future. Our intent was not to mislead you, as many have said, the trimming is a very small pool of rockers. We just figured sharing a worse case scenario in the first lot of mudflaps made the most sense.

Correct,

With GM rockers, and even current ACS Rockers, no trimming is required.

Here is an explanation of the different rockers.

OEM Z06, current ACS rocker and first version ACS.

The only reason our first version rocker needed to be trimmed was because we offer a full undercarriage cover panel (an improvement over stock) Note the new version meets the protection and mudflap need.
