I ordered a Z51 style rear spoiler in body color for my Blade Silver coupe on 3/11 and it shipped 3/18. Pretty good service for a paint to match part.

I have ordered before and always very satisfied with service. I actually placed an order tonight that I know will be dropped shipped from manufacturer. Shipping says over 7 days for custom color so we shall see.

The fact that they are still a sponsor is a joke. So many negative experiences on here with them that you think the forum would eventually step up and make sure more forum members don't get burned by them.

By the way, they haven't responded to a single one of my emails, phone calls, or messages on here for the past month and a half. However, they replied to PayPal for the case that I opened against them within 24 hours. Shows where their priorities are. They don't want to make things right with their customers as long as they can hang on to their money. Good thing my credit card company is going to step in and reverse the charge for me.

Frustrating, $300+ is not a small amount to just not get my items.

COVID-19 is slowing down the entire manufacturing process (regardless of industry). If you think most of their stuff is made in the USA, you're fooling yourself. Now, I've already stated there is a commo gap with RPI, I know first hand with the thousands that I've spent with them. The OP is absolutely losing his **** over being late -- not communication. Remember, RPI is the middleman, they don't make ****, they sell stuff others make and are at the mercy of the manufacturers. Everybody relax - your issues are not life threatening.

Actually you must not read, I am not mad about not getting it, I keep saying its the LACK OF COMMUNICATION and LACK OF BEING ABLE TO GET AN ANSWER is what I am upset about. Plus I ordered engine covers which they have in house that is being painted in house. My order has been in paint since day #2 of ordering. So that is all IN HOUSE. Again, 5-6 Weeks is what I was quoted, at the end of the 7th week with no communication is when I got upset. Please read and dont put words in my mouth. K, thanks.

I don't know why you defend this company so proudly. Do a search on this forum and look at the number of recent threads that have had nothing but issues with RPI. This has nothing to do with COVID-19, RPI has been having issues for a while now it seems. Again, to anyone considering purchasing anything through RPI, find a different vendor.

I'm not defending RPI as much as I am questioning the OP. I've already stated (more than once) that RPI has communication issues. Maybe I'm reading into his complaint too much, but all I see is bitching about delays. Y'all think the sky is falling over delays ... and sorry the rest of us are in your world. I mention COVID-19 as a cause. Maybe, maybe not. I agree - recently, RPI has having problems. That's why I suggested the OP put this in the right forum. Don't worry @LT1 Power , the world will stop just for you.

So you see that I have said over and over its not the delay, its the lack in communication that is my issue, and then in the same sentence agree that RPI has these problems? LOL. Okie Dokie hahaha.

As far as posting in the wrong section, That I will take ownership of, I did think the Help and Feedback section was for Help and Feedback for this forum/website. Most forums I have always been on only use that section for site feedback, etc. So I never looked in that section before. Mods or Admins havent moved it like other stuff gets done, so I was not aware of that.
