Supercharged C3 Corvette Burnout

This 1980 Corvette sat in a field for a decade, now the supercharged C3 is a smokin’ hot, star-spangled savage.

Not to get too deep, but we were reminded of the story of America while writing this. At its core, the story of America is one steeped in the idea of possibility; the freedom to dream, build, and even re-build your own American dream.  It doesn’t get more red, white, and blue than America’s sports car. And seeing a once-scrapped 1980 Corvette pull off one of the greatest burnouts ever makes us want to stand up and salute.

We need to go back to the beginning. Recently, Derek Bieri from Vice Grip Garage bought an 1980 C3 Corvette Stingray sight unseen. It was a risky move considering that the ‘Vette had been sitting in a field in Tennessee for about a decade.
