2 Minute Door Handle Renew

I\’ve found that \”Goof Off\”, a great gum/tar and
other stuff liquid remover is also great at renewing those faded C4 door
handles. It can be found in most hardwares, Walmart, Home Dept, etc.
Comes in a small 4.5oz can with a squirt top.
Squirt a little on a
soft cotton cloth (just enough to soak a small area) and gently rub into
the handle for a minute or so taking care not to get it on any surrounding
paint. Then lightly wipe dry with the soft cloth. Do not leave it
wet.
I did this a few months ago to remove some dried paste wax on
the handle that was showing up white and discovered how nicely it more or
less restored the finish.
