Coolest dad ever, James Glickenhaus, just bought his pregnant daughter the most righteous family car ever. A brand-new Corvette Z06.
OK, so it’s got the most powerful engine GM has ever built, and it only has two seats, so labeling her “a family car” might be stretching things a bit, but who cares? It’s a Z06.
If the name James Glickenhaus rings a bell, that’s because he’s the man behind the absolutely stunning coachbuilt Ferrari P4/5 which used an Enzo as its base. That means that horsepower, and possibly gasoline run through his veins and through the veins of his daughter as well, obviously. She had always dreamed of owning her own supercar, and with a family history like hers, it’s easy to see why.
Last week, Mr. G. fulfilled a lifelong promise to his daughter and bought her the car of her dreams: A black-on-red Corvette Z06.
