OK, folks, let’s pull all our resources together for this one because the unthinkable happened this past weekend at the Woodward Dream Cruise – a Corvette owner’s classic 1965 model was stolen.

That’s right. Stolen right in Birmingham, MI: one of the most prestigious areas along Woodward Avenue where people flock annually to take in the cruise.

The Corvette (pictured above) belongs to a Rochester Hills couple by the name of Gordon and Arlene Ondrisek. Apparently the convertible was stolen at the end of the day during Saturday’s cruise while the Ondriseks were having dinner with friends at a nearby restaurant in the area, according to an Oakland Press report.

Over the years the two have acquired a lot of memories with the Corvette and had plans to pass it along to their four-year-old grandson.

If you think you have any information that can help the Ondriseks find their car, contact the Birmingham Police at (248) 644 – 3400. If not, be sure to keep your eyes open because we need to get this beauty back to its rightful owners ASAP.
