SEMA Update: Chevy Debuts Corvette Stingray Atlantic
Drawing inspiration from an East Coast luxury lifestyle (we’re not quite sure what that means), Chevy designers have sought to incorporate the feeling of a private jet into this concept. Based on the upcoming Z51 convertible, the Atlantic Concept adds a carbon fiber hood and carbon flash metallic front splitter and rocker extensions as well as fusion gray headlamp bezels. The car also features a carbon lower rear diffuser and Corvette Genuine Accessories Chrome 5-spoke wheels.
All of the vents on the exterior are also finished in fusion gray. Custom luggage and premium carpet floor mats can be found on the inside along with a suede-wrapped interior trim package. From a performance stand-point it’s not too different from the current C7, but the appearance is definitely different and the aero enhancements do relate to the private jet gestalt. Do you like it?
