Just in Case You Need One More Reason Not to Cross Flooded Streets in Your Corvette

You really want to feel sorry for this poor Corvette owner who gets stuck on a flooded street. But the background music for the video clip below is just so darn funny that you find yourself laughing instead.

Not to mention the fact that it all stems from the fact that the driver completely ignored signs posted on both sides of the road that read “Do Not Cross When Flooded.” Then again, maybe the person lives near swamp land and has a different scope of what exactly constitutes a flooded area.

Either way, the driver certainly found out the hard way that Corvettes just don’t double well as boats. And had it not been for a good Samaritan in a truck, who pushed the car to safety, the Corvette probably would have sustained even more damage in the water. As a matter of fact, it doesn’t look like the driver had any plans of trying to escape the water until that truck came along.
