Default car audio question????

im looking for a new car (to me) and ive always wanted a vette, i like the mid 90's style, but was wondering if i were to put a serious stereo in it, if the sound pressure from competition style amps and subs would crack the fiberglass? if it does ill have to join a generation 1 camaro site and figure out how to keep the car from rattling, i guess. ha ha
anyway, anyone with any knowledge of spl's in a corvette i would greatly appreciate some feedback. id rather have a convertable, but a hard top/t-top model isnt out of the question if it makes any difference in the answer:
thanks for your time!

I added an Alpine 10" sub in the rear storage compartment, powered by an Alpine amp. Other than that it's stock.
