should be some really cool pis comin up soon... the pics of knewblues and wiz1500 setups dont do it justice we were rockin the parking lot hardcore... exit was commenced with some burnouts as well

I think it was a great time for everyone...was definitely glad to see old friends and meet new people in person. Here's the list of people who came....

Here are some pics from the event. Wiz may post up some others. Like Penta said, these pics don't show off Wiz's or KnewBlew's system as well as they appear in person and certainly can't explain how nice they sound. The test tone CD that knewblew brought was awesome...especially watching Penta's two 15's handle it.

And yes...Pentavolvo graced us with some great burnouts at the D&B parking lot. Unfortunately it was at night and I was in my truck....so I didn't get any good pictures of it. But let me say...it was awesome watching the show.

Great pics Dave. Sorry for leaving so early, but i couldnt pass up a free dinner at wildfire Also, sorry, for the sorry *** burnouts. First time with those tires on there. Forgot I switched to a stickier compound. After the first one, it just didnt want to go any further. 
It was great meeting everyone and great seeing Dave and Greg again. We have to do this again next year. Maybe out buy some of the others next time.

DPG...that first burnout was rocking....but shifting the gears killed it. But I enjoyed the attempts and finally seeing you succeed...it rocked. 
We are talking about heading to Iowa next year. KnewBlew lives near ED...so we could go see their plant and tour it before heading over to Jay's house to check out his two Talon's and their systems.
I'm up for it...might even have the car rocking by then. But it was definitely good to see everyone there.

The trip back was tiring, I'm still exhausted. But it was all worth it. You could not ask for a better bunch of guys. I will get the next round of beers, hell, I'll provide all the beer if the next meet is at my place. There is also two Juice Bars within 5 miles of me. The wifes and kids can stay at my place that evening while we go look at something even more interesting than cars and stereos

Thanks for the compliments. I really like my truck and glad that I settled on it. It took many other trucks before finally just going for what I really wanted.
I'll see if Ed will let me bring out the Lingenfelter Vette. It has a nice stereo in it and looks amazing. It might be easier to get the Procharged C6 though.
And yeah...the Viper...that would rock! But Jake lied to you a little bit. The Viper isn't 1500 hp. It is 1728 hp at the engine or 1480 at the rear wheels. At the current low boost, pump gas setting the car is making 850 hp at the rear wheels. Of course there is always the Saleen S7 as well....

Scott...just remember, our first Chicago gathering was small. We doubled our numbers this second go-around. So, get Fej to meet up with you next time and you'll have doubled your numbers too.

Dave, the first burnout i started out in 2nd and didnt do any shifting on any of my attempts. I decided to start in 2nd cause when i did burnouts in my old F1s it was easier doing them in 2nd and 1st was useless. So i figured that it would be ok with the kdws. NOT, they heated up REAL quick and the car just didnt have the torque, or i was just doing it wrong,
Im down for the iowa meet. JAy, sorry i had to book so early, my system, isnt so special, its just a clean sound. I know i need to upgrade my amp. its missing that umph. maybe next year i'll have it upgraded for next years event.

DPG... Thanks for the correction. I bet those KDWS's were getting hot and sticky. It was fun watching you though...good job And just think, if you go with two 18's, then England Green will have to redo his system.
I think the meet in IA will be a good one. I know I'd like to see the ED facility and check out Jay's other cars. I'm hoping my Chevelle is running nice and reliable so that I can bring it.
