Yeah.. as Kale said.. mat and foam (I used Frost King).. apply enough of it and in the right spots and your all set. I did basically the entire bottom of my car with the Frost King (trunk and cockpit) and it took 5 rolls (75sq ft). The Dynamat you can put in choice locations to deaden things.

Well if you use frost king, the foil might rattle against something.
I just use 1/8" closed cell foam. You can wrap it around rods, wires, and put it all over. I also stuffed every crevice with open cell foam that I could (packing foam)
