Here are some additional pictures (sorry for the size):
Here is a link to a couple of photo albums of my Z06 as well:

For the LCD monitor, I carefully cut an opening in an "X" pattern where I wanted to mount the monitor base. Then, I slowly and carefully pressed the monitor into place. Once it was where I wanted it, I took some strapping and attached the base for the LCD to it, sandwiching the headliner between the strapping and monitor base. This way, if I want, I can remove the monitor from the base and I don't have a hole behind it. You just have to convince yourself that the worst thing that will happen is you need to purchase a new headliner.
I had another one that I bought, just in case I screwed this one up.

I like that idea for the monitor. it's there if you need it but out of the way enough if you don't.

Exactly! I keep it off most of the time, but when I am sitting, waiting to get called up to the lanes (I drag race in a local Corvette Challenge), I can watch a movie to pass the time. Only thing I wish Sony had done was integrate the XM names into the interface so they would show up on the monitor. MP3 CDs/DVDs will show the artist information on the screen. I went with this setup, because the head unit and LCD monitor can communicate wirelessly. Only problem is that with the volume up, it distorts the picture, so I went ahead and ran an audio RCA cable from the rear of the head unit to the control box for the LCD.

All your racks look sweet. Here is mine. Not near as fancy as most of yours, but it works well.

Thanks for looking.

Had my rack built by a guy at Tweeter who has done work on pretty much all my recent vehicles and always done a great job.
Had him install the JL 250/1 amp and Stealthbox from my black C6 and the PA11-VET iPod connection for my current yellow C6.
He did a great job and I really like that he came up with using the hatch cover from the storage area where the Stealthbox goes in the rack.
I love that it all looks stealth and anyone peeking in wouldn't be able to see all kinds of equipment to steal...
