REQUEST: AVIC Z3 size please
How about a background that looks like the NAV screen with streets, etc.. I know it wouldn't move with driving but if I left the audio off it would look like NAV is on without pushing that warning screen.

Looks like we've lost a lot of good backgrounds... there's a lot of red X's in the thread now. I've decided to put an Avic Z1 in my C6 that I've had sitting in the garage and figured I'd make up some backgrounds for it. Here's a few that I've got completed, I'll be putting some more together I'm sure.

How about one for my kenwook 9960 ... i'm thinking a carbon fiber background with little jakes skulls on it in various places. I'd use it for my back ground to the audio controls... I already got a cool start up screen from here.

Will do... you'll have to give me a little time on the C5 emblem though. I have to find one that I can pull all of the background off of to put it in the image. I'll have to look up the screen size on the 110 also.

Here's a first run... I need to clean it up a little though. Let me know if you want it to say anything else or if you want the "Navigation Loading" text changed. I can change it to something completly different or change the shadowed background color.
EDIT: I cleaned up the emblem and reposted it...

Here it is with a little flare in case someone else wants it...
I've noticed on the Z1, adding the lighting effects helps eliminate what I call the "Looney Toon" effect. Without it, the progressing colors actually show up as circles like the old Looney Tune intro screen. I'm sure this is most likely only a problem on the older head units though.

I like the little blue jakes.... I like the big one too with the red accent too ! cool..nice job... My issue is getting it the right size for the kenwood... it has to be 800x480 and be a different format than jpeg to fit correctly. I guess it needs to be bmp type at 16bit.... when I use a jpeg it gets distorted badly.
