Those were a very odd resolution. I dont have high res logos so I scaled them up and made one with the scaled logos which isnt as sharp as I would like it and another with the original resoltion logos on a larger background.

your head unit either has to have a microSD or usb to transfer

You use a micro SD Card. You format it on your PC. Transfer the image to it. Insert it in the slot behind the LCD and go to the tools or settings menu. I forgot exactly where the option to change the boot screen is but its in there some place. Once you find it, there is an option to chose SD Card as the boot screen source and it will load it up. After that, you remove the SD Card.

Drag and drop, copy and paste or save as.

The C5 logo I started with was smaller and when I enlarged it, it got like that. I will have to see if I can find a better one to start with. I will see what I can find tomorrow.

I believe someone could make some money supplying pre loaded CD's for the different generation corvette's and selling them to us non computer s guys that want one but are too stupid to make one.
