Where does your cable to the ipod run. the cable that comes with the 7100 is about 3 ft long and the high speed adapter cable is another 3 ft. I ran all my cable to the glove box. I can disconnect the ipod adapter cable, load the pics and reconnect the ipod. You may be able to fish the cable out far enough without taking the dash apart

Here's a potentially stupid question: could one put a USB hub in their car?

Say you've got a Kenwood 7120, which has 1 USB cable. Can you hook that up to a hub, then have both an iPod and a USB cable/jack installed? Or isn't the unit capable of handling that?

The C6's are much easier to make look cool. I love my C4, but I never have liked the C4 logo so I guess it makes it harder to put a cool graphic together.

Will do! Is it the right size for the Z-series though? It may work anyway, but it's larger than the image of my current background.

Hey...slightly off topic but you guys would be the best at telling me...thinking about a double din and really looking at 90bt or 900bt pioneer...that the double din you guys recommend over kenwood or alpine?

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT SIZE TO SAVE THE FILE AS... i IMPORted mine nto the avic 700 and its about half the size it should be. Cut and pasted off the forum.

Avic 700 and 900 have higher resolution and needs bigger images. The ones in this thread are 500x240 but you'll need 800x480.

That basically means that you can't use the images in this thread, resizing them to bigger will make them look really bad.
