BOXOLOGY C6 enclosure
Thanks for all the orders guys!
My vendor status is now in effect so my user name has changed from serenitynow to my company's name BOXOLOGY. My new email designated for the enclosure orders is ScienceofSoundInc@gmail.com

At BOXOLOGY we take a design prototype, put it through R&D, shake it down and address all of our concerns (sound quality, fit, finish, and construction), and once our product is perfect enough that we'd put in our own car, we replicate it to bring you nothing but the best in an enclosure design for your C6. Finally, a quality enclosure that gives you a choice as to which sub you want to go with...
We have 13 other models along with a Tahoe center console enclosure that is soon to be released. Our website is being updated with all of this year's new models and should be up and running in early Feb. We also have an open house in Houston, Tx. coming up on Sat., Feb. 9th if you want to see and hear one. There will also be some vettes there with big systems as it is co-hosted by our Houston dealer as well as a few performance shop reps. and cars.

I just got my sub enclosure from Rocky yesterday and I must say the fit and finish is impeccable.
I have not seen either the JL Stealthbox nor the Madvette one in person but I would probably choose serenitynow's enclosure just on design alone. To me, the other ones appear a little too bland in comparison.
As per serenitynow's previous messages, the top still fits and I am using a Polk Audio subwoofer with no problem mounting it in the box.
I can't wait to hook my rig up and see how it sounds.

BOXOLOGY enclosure
Our C6 enclosure is sealed so there isn't a port (sorry to all the vented enclosure fans). It is possible to modify our enclosure to accept an 8 in. vented, though the sub options are rather limited and the overall cost including the sub is about the same as a good 10 sealed and the weight is similar due to the vent and vent bracing.
Here are some of our C6 enclosure details:
.61 cu. ft. sealed (.79 cu. ft. adjusted volume with polyfill).
weighs only 17 pounds
1/4 in. fiberglass construction
3/4 in. MDF sub mounting ring
Fast Tab mounting system
high-end gold-plated terminals
internal speaker wire included
polyfill included (sub specific)
gasket strip for sub
install manual included (with pics.)
1 year warranty
proudly made in the USA (Houston, Tx.)
Don't forget the Vette meet in Houston at Rockstar Designs on Saturday, Feb. 9th... it starts at noon and there is a raffle for an Image Dynamics sub for all that attend...

The amp rack will be similar to what my local Houston BOXOLOGY dealer Rocky did in forum member lithe1's install, though I am designing my amp rack to sit flush to the side panels near the speakers and to be lightweight, painted on the inside, and modular in design for a more universal use and finished in the same carpet that our enclosures come with.
"Keep it simple, stupid" design and light-weight wood is what our C6 owner input has been so far, and if you want one they will come shipped in the same box as our enclosure to save you money on shipping (don't worry, I will give free shipping on the separate amp rack to all of you that have already purchased an enclosure from me, if you are interested in it). It won't be expensive, either.
This is all a little preliminary as we aren't finished with the design, though it will be soon... any input on this?

It is a little confusing as there have been so many posts on this link... once our website is re-vamped at www.mysosaudio.com it will be much easier to see what we do and the info. on the products we manufacture... we are selling as many C6 enclosures as we can make in our current production runs as most of our customers seem to just pm me for info. and payment options...

Sorry, no enclosure for the passenger side on the C6 and you are actually the first to even ask for one...
The right sub with a solid amp really gets it, and it is still lightweight and can be taken out in about 20 seconds for those track days...
