Bummer , I just got an email from QualityMobileVideo that their inventory was incorrectly shown as in-stock on my and therefore the order WAS CANCELED.
Already have the JL Åudio XD700 and XD200 amps on the way so what alternative do we have for an 8" replacement sub do we have?
How will this one work?
Description This sub handles up to 300 watts RMS so make sure you've got a solid amp to power it. You can wire the dual voice coils for either 1- or 4-ohm total impedance, giving you more wiring options when setting up your system. This versatile sub sounds great in sealed or ported enclosures.
Don't know why I didn't see this offering earlier. It's the dual 4 ohm, so those coils in parallel will give you the 2 ohm load that the amp requires to produce 300 watts.

Thanks Vince, I just ordered that one. It looks like I may be able to start the install on Wednesday. Sitting here watching my Astros while talking to you. Wife and I were born and raised in Houston. 😁
Well. Vince , have almost 4k worth of stereo equipment sitting here and a car in the the drive with a cracked block. Check my thread on it from earlier today.

OUCH!!!! Didn't you want to put a 427 in there anyway?
We are back on brother, picked up another C7 last night. Drove all day to see it, it looked incredible , clean Carfax 2014 Z-51 3LT Premier edition with Brownstone interior so I drove it home. I know my neighbors think I am crazy ——two Laguna Blue C7’s in the driveway. LOL
The shipping company is supposed to be here today to pick up the one with the cracked block. So I will probably start my install next week , I have to send my HMI modules back in to have them programmed for my new vin. That may take a couple of weeks due to shipping each way. So will most likely start at the rear of the car with the sound deadener back speakers and back sub.
Install will start tomorrow upgrade will consist so the following
Remove all carpeting and seats to add sound deadener (including doors)
install HMI to upgrade my factory radio to 2016 with Nav and Apple Car Play
install RPI designs mild to wild and program to visor
replace all factory speakers
add two “D” class JL Audio amps
build custom bin with three compartments that have usb and usb-c plugs in center cubby
Here is most of the goodies to complete the project, Thanks to @Vinnie for the patience and feedback as to the components to create a nice audio upgrade. Pics to follow of the install daily
HMI components two modules, Nav antenna and USB 3.0 console plug upgrade All the gear so far
Gear looks great. I didn't pick those 3.5", so if they are too bright, don't blame me.
I just read back thru the thread and saw the Hertz MP 70.3 for the doors so I just ordered them $$$, why skimp now with one of the most important pieces of the puzzle.
I will receive them Tuesday, 👍😎👍
I see what I did, I had the Hertz DCX 87.3 in my cart for the center dash speaker and then we decided not to use the center dash and then I just saw 3.5” and thought door mids.
I will admit when I saw the mids I thought everything we have chose has been high end and I wonder why we are using 89.99 mids for the doors? 🤣🤣🤣
