From the PAC front outputs, you will need to run that to your xd200/2. From xd200 pre out, you will run another set of rca to the xd700 ch 1 and 2 for your mids/tweets.
From ch 1/2 oitput on the xd700, you will connect the mid and the tweeter crossover in parallel. The tweeter will connect to the crossover. I'm not in a once to draw a diagram, but you should be able to picture this. I can draw one up later if needed.

I will say one thing the PAC unit is the size of my radar detector ( 3oz plastic unit) with some wires for $350. I bet this thing didn’t cost $10 to make.
The focal tweeters and crossovers should work. Did you like them in your previous setup? The diagram you have looks right. Don't forget to fuse the amps and set the onboard crossovers appropriately. Also when you install the pac interface, make sure to connect the USB cable and **** for future adjustments.

Do I use the crossovers we choose up above in the post or the ones from the Focal PS 130’s?
When wiring the crossovers you said to
run new wires from tweeters to crossovers
since the mids will also be on the crossovers do I just pull wires from the PAC unit for the tweeters and combine them with the mid wires and then feed those into the crossovers and then out to speakers?
1. Use the Focal crossover
2. From ch 1/2 output of xd700/5, run that to crossover. From crossover woofer output, connect to midrange. From crossover tweeter output, run that to tweeter. The crossover will send 3K htz and down to the mid and everything above 3K to the tweeter. On the Amp crossover, set that to high pass at around 180 htz.
