As soon as I get back to work I'm putting a track fund together. I have a new DeWitts radiator with fans ready to put in and a duraflex 2nd edition hood to install. The hood can wait since I already have a pretty good hood with vents on each side but the radiator needs to be better and the dual core DeWitts is a great upgrade and should show 20 degrees less temps when I'm pushing her hard.
That's funny. I am literally on hold with Dewitt's right now about to place my order for a new radiator. Great products and Tom Dewitt is a supporter of CF!

I just had a couple questions for them to see if I can get something even thicker as I did away with the air conditioning condenser and now have a little more room.

Going with those canards too in order to see if I can get the front of the C6 to stick a little better and be able to run a more significant AOA on the wing.

i would think surely somewhere there should be some ABS or 3d printed canards that could fit our cars, even if they were designed for something else. to keep costs down.

3D Printing has come a long way. I worked with a team at the Army and we were ding titanium parts on a 3D printer. There is a massive market our there but the technical people you need to do the designs and the software are the key to the costs. If someone would startup a 3D printing facility and do ABS they would make a fortune. Even if they limited their size to 12 inch cubed 3D parts at a max they would make a ton of money since they don't have to store inventory.

By 2020 the major automakers will be producing a minimum of 20% of their parts on 3D printers, it's called Additive Manufacturing.

Btw here's a couole pics of the RHR splitter. Hopefully your can get a sense of the quality. As for canards they have both high and low downforce versions for the C6 and data published for both on their blog. Definitely worth a read for you.

PLease post pics once attached.
Thanks,
Pete

169 at thunderbolt is really boogying. But that lap time makes no sense. With my stock c7 z51 I'm throwing down 1.30s with a top speed on the straight of 142 clipping the last curb at 110.

Fast ST2 times are in 1:25s. Lap record is 1:23.8. ST1 record is 1:23.2
