Y'all get off Bizz' azz. Waving is cool and yes its cool and conciderate to do it and all that. BUT why does it require a huge conversation? I been ridin the Harley I have for over 20 yrs and have heard the same convo I don't know how many times, "Hey, that guy didn't wave right"
Y wanna wave? Wave, ya don't? Don't

Here's the point that most of us are making: if you don't want to wave, you don't have to. We do it for the fun & camaraderie of owning a Vette.
HOWEVER! Just because you do not wish to participate, this does NOT immediately give you the right to talk bad about those who do! As was shown in previous posts from Bismarck, he talked about how those of us who did it were "nerds". What gives him the right to insult us simply because he does not wish to participate in something that the rest of the community believes is fun?
Yes, I think perhaps Bismarck is someone who was perhaps banned from the forums and has created a new user name to try to add more insult to injury. I think if this goes much further he's going to get booted.
The wave, the birthday thing mentioned in the other post; it goes on and on. These are the kind of things that embarrass the hell out of me to own a corvette. This kind of corny behavior is quite gay, if I must say so. I expect to be in the minority but I am sure that there are a few others who agree. I could give a rats buttocks what people think about me as a result of what car I drive. I like fast cars because they are fun to work on and drive. Some vette owners think that other people respect or admire them for owning one, when in fact, the opposite is more likely. Lets stop the corny *** behavior, which only makes it worse. I am hereby implementing a ban of such traditions. I may be a one man show but if I see any of you cornballs acting like such dorks, I will carry out a citizens arrest on the spot and/ or tow your vehicle away.
Sounds like someone's Mommy let them play on the Internet today!
Thats correct.YOU can't just ban a 53 year old tradition because YOU don't like it.Get a grip and enjoy life.I bet you own a c5 or c6.
Why is it whenever I visit the Shark site, someone always makes some crack about the awful "C whatever" owners? Must you guys hate other Vette owners?
This poster is obviously posting a very transparent flame and is very likely laughing at all of your hand-wringing. People who irritate in order to get attention are best ignored.
However, WHY must some of you guys always come back with some stereotypical crap about another group of Corvette owners? It's ignorant and obnoxious.
