Prestige593 Email me the invoice number and I will have the shipping credited to your account on Monday! I agree, you should not have been charged. I'm sure it was an honest error that can be corrected very easy on Monday Morning. Send the email to Willcox@willcoxcorvette.com.

Default willcox

I am now dealing with Willcox for the first time and find them extremely pleasant and helpful. Will let everyone know how it turns out but I anticipate from the past help that they have given me that it will be fine.

If you haven't tried to resolve the issue with the vendor, it's really unfair to post it in a public forum. I've heard a lot of complaints about Wilcox here over the years. It really looks like they're making an honest effort to correct any problems.

I just spent $2800 with Willcox on 3 different orders. Norm has been very helpfull and patient with me. I have received most of the stuff VERY quick. Quality has been really good for repop stuff. I am just waiting on my last order which has the POR 15 kit in it I need BADLY. I ordered this two weeks ago and still have not received it yet and my project is on hold until I get the POR 15. I am sure though its due to POR, not Willcox.

I will continue to deal with Norm at Willcox. He has given me some good tips on my interior resto project also.

I did notice I have paid shipping several times. Even on the first order when it was shipped in several different shippings. I will double check for double shipping charges but all in all, they have been great.

After I finish my car, I am going to buy more stuff from them for my dad's 69 BB.

HOWEVER ,,,, There were TONS of complaints about their "customer service"
before they became a forum vendor.
It doesn't surprise me what happened back then ,,,, and it doesn't
surprise me now that they are trying to clean up the mess(es).

Well, good for you and good for them. Hopefully problems like this are all in the past.

I have never bought from them, but from what I have heard, I will buy something from them. They seem like they want to be the the vendor of choice.

As a matter of fact back before they were a member I directed them to this site.

Thanks guys. I got the credit before I even checked on the forum here. I will be doing business with you guys again very soon (front & rear bumpers). As I said before, even though there was a slight error, I still have had a very good experience dealing with you guys... Talk to you soon, Thanks again.
